84: Motherhood Rules We Love & Hate

This week we are chatting about Motherhood Rules, when we love them and when we broke them. Specifically we’re talking about all the advice and guidelines around sleep, feeding, and entertainment and how they drove us crazy, helped us out, and how our attitudes toward rules changed over the years. 

 

 So grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and join us as we talk about existing between two groups with two different sets of guidelines, which rules contributed heavily to my postpartum anxiety, and the simple reason some rules just don’t bother us.
