This week our guest is Lindsay O’Connor. Lindsay is a wife and mom to two girls and she is also leads a Be the Bridge Group and works part time for Life in the Trinity Ministry. 

 

So grab a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and join us as we talk about how hard it can be to realize you are depressed, the struggle of trying to treat minor medical issues, and how Lindsay took the lessons she learned as a new mom in therapy and uses them as tools in her racial reconciliation work.
